Mission Statement of Lernimpuls Witten e.V.
The educational association Lernimpuls Witten e.V. is a dedicated community that has supported and empowered people in Witten and the surrounding area in various stages of life since its founding in 1997. Our actions are guided by the core principles of integration, education and social cohesion.
- Mission and Services:
Our mission is to enable successful integration through education. In cooperation with the Federal Office, we offer integration courses from A1 to B1 and support the labour market integration of refugees through ESF basic language courses in collaboration with the district government. In addition, we offer a wide range of learning support and tutoring services for students from the first grade up to the Abitur, as well as vocational further training measures.
- Target Group:
Our services are aimed at students and everyone who wants to advance their education or needs support in various life situations. We create an inclusive space that values diversity and fosters individual potential.
- Quality and Cooperation:
Lernimpuls Witten e.V. stands for quality in education and social projects. Through close collaboration with various institutions and authorities, we create innovative educational offerings that meet the needs of our participants.
- Social Commitment:
Our focus lies not only on education, but also on social projects. In collaboration with volunteers and partners, we actively commit ourselves to the community and promote social responsibility.
- Financial Accessibility:
We strive to make education accessible to everyone. Parents who receive social benefits have the opportunity to finance their children's learning support through the Education and Participation programme. The measures offered within the framework of our projects are accessible free of charge.
- Values and Principles:
Our work is based on a view of humanity that is rooted in the values of human rights. Towards our participants, we consider ourselves committed to the principles of truth, clarity and confidentiality. Respect, collegiality, fairness and a willingness to cooperate shape our working atmosphere.
- Progress and Adaptation:
We respond to societal developments and orient ourselves to local needs. We continuously develop our programme in order to open up new fields of activity effectively and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance and Learning Organisation:
We work according to the principles of quality assurance, whereby the quality management system covers the entire process from service through counselling to evaluation. As a learning organisation, we regularly reflect on our actions through evaluations and quality audits in order to develop continuously.
