Lernimpuls Witten e. V. and the Quality Label of the European Solidarity Corps
When young people get involved, the future takes shape. Since 2021, Lernimpuls Witten e. V. has held the Quality Label of the European Solidarity Corps (ESK) as a host organisation and offers young people a safe, supported framework for their voluntary service.
Since 2025, Lernimpuls Witten e. V. has also been active as a project coordinator within the ESK. In this role, we enable young people between the ages of 18 and 30 from Programme Countries to complete their voluntary service at our partner organisations, and we support the projects organisationally and pedagogically.
The Quality Label is far more than a formal recognition. It confirms that our work meets the quality and value standards of the ESK: transparent and inclusive processes, clear pedagogical support, responsible administration of European funding, as well as the active promotion of solidarity, diversity, inclusion and democratic participation.
International volunteers bring new perspectives, energy and creativity to local projects. At the same time, lasting partnerships and learning spaces emerge in which European values are lived out in everyday life – for the volunteers, the organisations and the local community.
With the Quality Label of the European Solidarity Corps, Lernimpuls Witten e. V. stands for a Europe that thrives on participation: open, in solidarity and diverse.
